This Privacy Policy explains how TYZON Combat Co. ("TYZON", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of everyone who visits tyzon.in or places an order with us. By creating an account, browsing our catalogue, or completing a purchase, you agree to the practices described here.

We built TYZON to run lean and honest — we collect only what we need to get your gear to your door, keep your account secure, and support you if something goes wrong. Nothing more.

Account information: your phone number (verified via one-time password), and optionally your name and email, when you create a TYZON account.

Order information: shipping addresses, order history, items purchased, order value, and any notes you add at checkout.

Wishlist and browsing activity: products you save, search, or view, used to show you relevant stock and availability.

Payment information: TYZON never sees or stores your card, UPI, or net-banking details. All payments are processed directly by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner, under their own security and compliance standards. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with a payment reference ID.

Communications: messages you send us via email, WhatsApp, or support channels, kept so we can follow up on your order or query.

To process and fulfil your orders — from order confirmation to shipping to delivery tracking.

To verify your identity at login via one-time password, and to keep your account secure.

To send order updates, shipping notifications, coupon alerts, wishlist price-drop alerts, and other account notifications you've opted into.

To respond to support requests, process cancellations, returns, and stitch-repair claims.

To improve our catalogue, detect fraud or abuse, and keep the storefront running reliably.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Ever.

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) infrastructure with row-level security enabled — our database is locked down so that no request can read or write data without going through our authenticated backend.

Login is handled through phone-number verification (OTP), independently verified against Google's public key infrastructure — we never store or see your OTP codes themselves.

Product and account images are hosted via Cloudinary; payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay. Both are established infrastructure providers used specifically for the function they perform, and are not given access to more of your data than that function requires.

Access to customer data within TYZON is restricted to the systems and personnel who need it to fulfil orders, provide support, or maintain the platform.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you logged in, remember your cart, and keep checkout working smoothly across page loads. These are functional, not advertising, cookies.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers or sell browsing data to ad networks.

We share the minimum necessary information with: Razorpay (to process your payment), our shipping/courier partners (to deliver your order — name, address, and phone number only), and Firebase/Google (to verify your phone number at login).

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of TYZON, our customers, or the public.

We do not share your data with any party for that party's own marketing use.

You can view and update your saved addresses, name, and email at any time from your Account page.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request that we delete your account and associated personal data, by writing to us at care@tyzon.in. We'll action deletion requests within a reasonable time, except where we're required to retain order records for tax, accounting, or legal purposes.

You can opt out of non-essential notifications (offers, coupon alerts, wishlist alerts) from your Account notification settings at any time.

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after that to comply with tax, accounting, and consumer-protection obligations under Indian law, and to resolve any disputes or stitch-repair claims tied to a past order.

TYZON is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our practices or the law changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date, and continued use of TYZON after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
